www.onlinehealthandsafety.com is a site operated by NADACT LLP T/A The Digital Marketing Partners ("we").  We are registered in England and Wales under company number OC380271 and have our registered office at 140 Blundell Road, Luton, LU3 1SP.

The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our Site.

Your credit card details are entered on our secured pages and are transferred using SSL. Our website is authenticated by Realex SSL and uses the strongest SSL possible to secure your transactions. Cards are processed through Elavon and Realex, leading global providers of merchant acquiring services, meet all UK Banking security standards. OHS is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant through Trustwave which means we keep your card data secure offering complete security. PCI DSS is the requirement for all UK businesses to accept credit and debit card payments and means that our customers are protected from theft, fraud and other security risks resulting from the compromise of card data. We take your privacy very seriously and never store your bank or credit card details.

Refunds are generally not possible, however, in some cases they are dealt with on a discretionary basis.

These Terms refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our Site:

  • our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate; and

Applicable Law

You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these Terms, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Prohibited Uses
